Patient Registration
Big Sky Surgery Center encourages patients to pre-admit prior to the date of surgery. This allows a more relaxed
encounter prior to surgery and allows a gathering of information that may be needed prior to surgery.
We are open Monday thru Friday. Our normal hours are 6am to 5:30pm, except when Holiday Hours are observed. Please contact us if you are
unable to arrive during these times and we can let you know what other options are available. BSSC does not require an
appointment to pre-register, since many of our patient's drive a long distance and need to be seen the same day as their
physician's office visit.
Once your registration paperwork has been completed, we will have you speak with our Pre-Admission Nurse who
will explore the patient's health history and follow up on issues such as past medical problems which may affect your surgical outcome. The pre-op visit also allows pediatric patients and their family's
time to tour the facility and develop trust.
If you are not able to come into BSSC prior to surgery, we would like for you to complete the registration paperwork
and fax it or mail it to us prior to your date of surgery.
